City Councillor Tim Stevenson was there to help with the ceremony. Towards the end of his speech he reached in his jacket and pulled out...LOV magazine! Apparently our friendly neighbourhood councillor was smitten with our current cover boy, Olympian Emanuel Sandhu. We here at LOV are honoured to be a part of an historic occasion.
